Andreina Viera's journey from a challenging childhood to becoming a global business leader is a powerful story of resilience and determination. Faced with the responsibilities of foster care and also teenage motherhood, Andreina was driven to achieve financial independence to create a better future for her children.

As the Co-Founder and President of Arka HR, a leading HR consulting firm, and the Founder and CEO of The Vieras, an accounting firm, Andreina has built a legacy of influence and impact. Her expertise has taken her to global stages as an international public speaker, with notable engagements in Dubai, India, and the Dominican Republic.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Andreina is a savvy real estate investor and a passionate advocate for empowering women. She founded Boss Lady in 2018, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing young women with the tools and resources they need to succeed, breaking generational cycles, and fostering economic independence.
Currently, Andreina is writing a book, Rising Fierce, one woman’s raw and inspiring story of overcoming the unimaginable to create a life of impact,  Andreina aims to inspire women worldwide with her story and insights. Andreina continues to lead with purpose and compassion as the President of the Board of Directors at Boss Lady, helping women take charge of their lives and create their own success stories.
